Candid, one-on-one conversations with the child health leaders who have shaped academic pediatrics.
Legacies in Leadership features candid, one-on-one conversations with accomplished leaders in academic pediatrics and child health.
Led by members of the Child Health Advisory Council, each conversation goes beyond titles, accomplishments and CVs to explore the experiences that shaped a leader’s journey: the mentors who opened doors, the difficult decisions, the unexpected opportunities, the setbacks that changed their perspective and the leadership principles they learned along the way.
These are personal conversations about what it really means to lead and an opportunity to pass hard-earned wisdom from one generation of academic pediatric leaders to the next.
