How important or even necessary is a question and answer section in my presentation?

Question and answer time allows the presenter an opportunity to check the audience’s attitude, attention, and understanding. This time serves to involve the audience and offers an opportunity to reinforce the main points.

Prepare for the Q&A session by anticipating questions likely to be asked. Think of what clarifying, technical, peripheral or hostile questions the audience might have. Then practice responding to them positively, informatively and persuasively.
