New Leader Engagement Program
The CareerPhysician New Leader Engagement Program (NLEP) is offered to new faculty leaders in partnership with the Child Health Advisory Council, and represents an invaluable part of CareerPhysician’s “gold standard” executive search and faculty talent recruitment and retention processes. The NLEP is proven to bolster the personal and programmatic success of new leaders and their programs.
The experiential insight Child Health Advisory Council members provide to newly placed or pediatric leaders in need of mentorship and coaching is invaluable in supporting their leadership legacy and the missional growth of the organizations and children they serve.
- Leadership shortages in child health are real, resulting in a dramatic increase in young leaders being advanced long before they are prepared to address the current complexities of academic medicine.
- The New Leader Engagement Program offers placed leaders with 12-months of critical mentorship and coaching from a member of the CHAC.
- Leaders cite increased confidence and success in addressing issues and opportunities facing their programs.
