Child Health Advisory Council

  • The Child Health Advisory Council (CHAC) is committed to expanding the breadth and depth of leadership in child health and to assuring the success of the next generation.
  • The CHAC provides innovative leadership content and wisdom via Pediatric Insight, leads search-based institutional reviews and serves as mentor and coach as a part of CareerPhysician’s New Leader Engagement Program.

Launch Your Career® Series

  • CareerPhysician believes every physician is a leader with the ability to positively or negatively impact the teams on which they serve. It starts with residents and fellows viewing themselves as leaders!
  • The Launch Your Career Series was built specifically for pediatric residents and fellows to facilitate a proactive, productive transition from training into practice.
  • With more than 400 sessions successfully completed on topics such as Conducting an Effective Practice Search, Negotiating Your First Employment Agreement, Platform Skills, Healthcare Finance 101 and The Wiring of Leaders, the program serves as a proven career resource for training program directors and their mentees.
